We have a 14 day minimum stay, and a 20% discount is automatically applied for visits over 30 days. 

2nd story bedroom & sitting room w/gorgeous view of Bellingham Bay & San Juan Islands
1 Queen & 1 single bed, private full bath. Microwave, mini-fridge, toaster oven, sofa, chairs etc.vacuum cleaner. 

You are welcome to use our downstairs laundry . 

We have another guest room on the first floor.

Near beach & trails.
Tracks are nearby, TRAINS MAY BE HEARD, DAY & NIGHT.
We're near railroad tracks (the bay is circled by them) so train sounds are to be expected at any time

Host has a bedroom upstairs & uses access through sitting room, but does not stay in the space.

We have a friendly golden retriever and a mellow in/outdoor cat. Your well-mannered dog or cat are welcome to stay, with prior approval for a $5/night fee.
